HRU offers three types of staffing/placement services to meet the preferences of
our job seekers and clients. They are as follows:
Contract: Long-term or short-term arrangement with a predefined end date,
or for a specific project. The client may hire the employee directly after the
time frame or project is completed
Contract to direct-hire: Long or short-term contract assignment, followed by full
time employment with the client company
Direct Hire: Immediate placement working as an employee for the client
company
