Client Surveys
Our clients can request that satisfaction surveys be performed quarterly,
semi-annually or annually to ensure customer satisfaction. We are committed to
assisting you in optimizing your staffing management needs.
Employee Surveys
We also survey our contract employees on a regular basis, which enables us to
monitor the working relationship between our contractors and clients for any
improvement opportunities. These surveys can be performed quarterly,
semi-annually or annually as a part of our total service program.
Performance Appraisals
We conduct annual performance appraisals for our contract employees that work at
our client sites. This allows for a review of the contractor's performance. We
believe these appraisals provide valuable feedback for all parties involved.

Delivery
Account Maintenance
An Account Manager will be assigned to your company as a primary contact for all
of your staffing needs. He/she will work with you to establish a staffing plan
that is unique to your company. We are able to cater our services to meet your
workforce needs. Your Account Manager will ensure the quality and delivery of
our service through regular follow-up calls and visits to your facilities.
Recruiter Relationship
Each contract employee that is placed at your company will have continuous
personal contact with their Recruiter. This continuous contact is critical to
the contract employee's satisfaction and job performance. An open line of
communication between the employee, HRU and you, is our proactive
approach to employee retention.
Performance Measurements
HRU uses a measurement system that allows us to continuously improve the
services we provide. We will standardize your service package to ensure that you
always receive the same high quality service that you expect. This continuous
improvement will increase overall productivity and delivery. |
